Maria Dooner represents taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service and other state and local tax authorities. She holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, a M.P.P. from the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy at the University of Michigan, and a J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School. She is currently the Chair of Community Tax Aid, Inc. in Washington, DC and an adjunct professor at Temple University Beasley School of Law.
